Warranty Repair Policy
Xhorse Warranty: One year from the date of purchase by the original owner.
Kukai Warranty: One year from the date of purchase by the original owner.
The Warranty covers non-wear parts such as motors, motherboards, etc. External components and accessories, such as tablets, displays, screens, cutters, decoders, key clamps, Etc. are excluded from the warranty. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss, and theft. The customers will be responsible for shipping costs after 30 days. Each repair takes approximately 4-5 weeks if parts are available in stock. If the parts are unavailable, our team will estimate the time needed to receive the parts and conduct the repair.
- Customers must open a case with tech support and get an RMA.
- Before sending the machine, take pictures or video evidence of the machine's condition and accessories.
- Customers must complete the machine repair checklist before shipping the machine.
- We will charge a storage fee (+$50) if we can't get a response from a customer two weeks after notifying them that the machine is ready.
Paid Repairs Warranty:Paid repairs are covered by a 3-month warranty. If the machine experiences the same issue within three months of the repair, we will cover both parts and labor for the repair.
